Kreat3D uses a credit-based system for AI 3D model generation. Each image to 3D, photo to 3D, or text to 3D generation consumes credits based on the selected mode and quality level. Your subscription plan determines how many credits you receive per billing cycle.
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
No. If an AI 3D model generation fails due to a system-related issue, credits will not be deducted or will be automatically refunded.
If you experience technical issues, incorrect charges, or unexpected problems with image to 3D or text to 3D generations, please contact our support team. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms of Service.
